1984 Existing 1.6 acre operation of a single car
wash conveyor, 3 self-serve bays, and a
truck bay was purchased in Ephrata,
Lancaster County
1985 Off-line interior cleaning was born and the truck bay was converted to a reconditioning shop at
the Ephrata facility
1994 A pre-existing 1 acre car wash facility was bought in East York, York County. The facility was razed and
new construction began.
1995 The York facility opened for business with a car wash.
1997 A Cloister Lube Shop was added to the car wash at the Ephrata facility.
1998 A 3.5 acre tract of land was bought from Kerek Freight Shipping Company in Manheim Township,
Lancaster County. The buildings were razed and new construction began.
1999 The Lancaster facility opened for business with a car wash and lube shop.
2002 A new conveyor and other tunnel enhancements were installed at the Ephrata car wash enabling
vehicles up to 84" to be washed.
2005 A 7.2 acre tract of land was purchased in Spring Township, Sinking Spring and new construction began.
2006 The Sinking Spring facility opened for business with a car wash, lube shop, and pet wash.
2007 The Sinking Spring facility opened the world’s first lifted, dedicated, self-service motorcycle wash.
