Cloister Club Terms & Conditions:
- The 20% wash discount is applied to Basic Wash services and the $5.00 Oil Change discount is good on any Oil Change Package during normal business hours, 7 days a week.
- Cloister Club membership allows for special discounts and benefits on eligible purchases as advertised.
- Membership is non-transferable.
- Cloister Club membership card must be active and presented at the time of service in order to receive discount/benefit. Otherwise, full payment for the service purchased will be required. No refunds will be given retroactively for purchases made without a membership card.
- If your membership card needs to be replaced, email us or call 1-877-237-8927. Expect the replacement membership card in the mail in seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
- Vehicles must conform to Cloister dimension standards. Cloister tunnel heights: Ephrata 84"; York, Lancaster and Reading locations 89".
- Cloister is not responsible for damages to vehicle non-factory/add-on equipment and/or prior damages.
- Cloister Club discounts and benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers for similar items.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Cloister Club special discounts and benefits are subject to change at any time. Members will be notified by email or by U.S. postal mail
if no email is on file. - Cloister Club terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Cloister can discontinue the Cloister Club at any time. Members will be notified through the email on file or U.S. postal mail if one is not available.
- Cloister employees are not eligible to participate in the Cloister Club.
- Cloister expects Cloister Club members to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with the membership. See our Privacy Policy. Members can change user information by or email or calling 1-877-237-8927. The membership card number is required.
- Membership card remains the property of Cloister and must be surrendered if requested to do so.
