How Does It Work?
| STEP 1. | Choose a date you would like to start your fund raising program. Cloister permits up to a one month selling period. |
| STEP 2. | Select the type(s) of services you would like to sell and the quantity of each ticket. Experience has shown that each person sells an average of 5 tickets per service. If you need help deciding the quantity of tickets you would like, we can help. |
| STEP 3. | Two weeks prior to your chosen selling period, call Cloister at 717.733.9688 or 1.877.BEST.WASH. We will schedule a time for you to take our brief educational tour*, pick up your tickets, and sign a simple contract. |
| STEP 4. | Make arrangements with the sellers in your organization to participate in the tour. Those who participate will receive a complimentary car wash at the time of the tour. |
| STEP 5. | On your scheduled time, take the tour, pickup your tickets, and sign the contract. |
| STEP 6. | Sell, sell, sell! |
| STEP 7. | At the end of your selling period (item #2 of your contract), collect the money from each seller and any unsold tickets. Reconcile your account and prepare to return to Cloister with any of the unsold tickets and 50% of the money made out in a check to Cloister Wash & Lube. |
| STEP 8. | On your designated return date (item #4 of your contract) or sooner, return the reconciled tickets and money to Cloister.

* The educational tour is an important piece of the Helping Hands Program. Cloister requires representatives from each organization to participate in the tour. Past participants of the program must also attend the tour since we routinely update our equipment, services, and procedures. As a seller of Cloister’s services, you are a representative of our company along with your organization. The more everyone understands our operations, the easier it is to sell the services and the more successful your fund raiser will be. Sales results have greatly increased since we began the educational tour.
