The Grace Works Fundraiser Program is Fun, Easy and Profitable for your organization. We’ve partnered with over 3,000 organizations and have helped them to raise over $3,000,000 since the program’s inception in 1994.
Cloister custom designs fundraiser cards for your organization to sell for a $15 donation. Your supporter gets a complimentary wash from Cloister and a $10 discount on an oil change. Your organization keeps 50% of the money raised.

Here’s how to get started:
- Complete the online fundraiser submission form. (Click below to get started.)
- Submit a photo and/or logo for your organization along with your registartion. (If you don’t have a photo, we’ll use a stock image that represents your organization.)
- Allow a minimum of two weeks for the production of your fundraiser cards. A proof will be emailed to you for approval prior to printing. To keep your program on track we ask that you approve your proof within 1 business day. Changes required after approval, may result in a $50.00 charge
- When you pick-up the fundraiser cards, you will be required to sign a contract stating you understand that, as the fundraising organization’s representative, you are liable for all fundraiser cards. You will be required to provide a valid driver’s license and a credit card (not a debit card) for security purposes. There is no money due at the beginning of the fundraiser. The credit card will only be charged in the event that you fail to return all monies and/or unsold fundraiser cards to Cloister.
- Your selling dates will be outlined on your contract as well as your scheduled return date. You have one month to sell, starting on your pick-up date
- You sell, sell, sell!
- At the end of the selling period, Cloister is owed $7.50 for each fundraiser card sold to cover Cloister’s administrative costs. On the scheduled return date, all unsold fundraiser cards and one check or cash representing the total amount owed to Cloister must be returned to your pickup location. All lost or unreturned cards will be considered sold and will be subject to the $7.50 charge. Payment in full is due at the time of the card return.
