What about my e-mail confirmation?
You will get one confirmation for each purchase. Save it for your records. If you do not get one, please check that it was not blocked by your spam filter.
When will my gift certificate arrive?
Your certificate(s) will be shipped from our Corporate Office within 3 business days of receiving your order and mailed first class by the United States Post Office. Orders received after 3pm on Friday, will be processed the following Monday.
What if I do not receive my certificates?
If it has been more than two weeks from your order date, use our contact form to inquire with us. Be certain to include the spelling of your last name, order number and phone number with area code.
I ordered more than one certificate and did not receive my entire order?
Your certificates will be mailed in separate envelopes. Even though they were mailed on the same day, the post office may not deliver them to you on the same day.
Can I give my certificates as gifts?
Yes. You can write a message on the online order form.
Can Cloister send my order to another person?
Yes. Just complete the shipping section of the gift card online order form accordingly.
What if it appears I have been double charged for my order?
If you had a declined attempt to purchase your certificate it may have resulted in a pre-authorized charge (for each time your card was declined) that will appear on your credit card balance temporarily. This charge will not be authorized and will not be deducted from your account balance.
Can gift card(s)/gift certificate(s) be redeemed for cash?
No, all sales are final.
