What about my e-mail confirmation?
You will get one confirmation for each purchase. Save it for your records. If you do not get one, please check that it was not blocked by your spam filter.
Your order will be shipped from our Corporate Office within 3 business days of receiving and will be mailed first class by the United States Post Office. Orders received after 3pm on Friday, will be processed the following Monday.
What if I do not receive my order?
If it has been more than two weeks from your order date, use our contact form to inquire with us. Be certain to include the spelling of your last name, order number and phone number with area code.
Can I include a message if I'm purchasing as a gift?
Yes. You can write a message on the online order form.
Can Cloister send my order to another person?
Yes. Just complete the shipping section of the gift card online order form accordingly.
What if it appears I have been double-charged for my order?
If you had a declined attempt when purchasing it may have resulted in a pre-authorized charge (for each time your card was declined) that will appear on your credit card balance temporarily. This charge will not be authorized and will not be deducted from your account balance.
Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?
No, all sales are final.
