Cloister Car Wash and Lube

• Cloister’s Annual Pass Program is designed for both businesses and individuals.
• The Cloister Annual Pass covers our four car wash packages only. Any other services or merchandise MUST be paid for with cash, check, or credit card at the time of purchase.
• Your annual rate is based on the quantity of vehicles registered.

The following forms MUST be completed to activate your Program:

1. Cloister Pass Information Form along with credit card payment
2. Service Authorization Form

Please keep in mind the terms and conditions of the Cloister Annual Pass.

• The Annual Pass label is vehicle specific. IT MUST PHYSICALLY BE ON THE REGISTERED VEHICLE at the time of service. If it is not present on the vehicle, you will be required to pay cash, check or credit card for the wash package purchased. Placement of the label on the vehicle is a requirement of the Annual Pass Program.
• You must notify Cloister’s Corporate Office if your registered vehicle’s label becomes damaged, is no longer visible, or the vehicle is sold. This label will be deactivated and a new label will be issued.
• IMPORTANT: replacement label requests and any changes to your program can not be made at Cloister’s locations—only through the Corporate Office.
• Labels remain the exclusive property of Cloister Wash & Lube and must be surrendered upon request.
• In the event the label is tampered with or the program is used in any way inconsistent with its terms and conditions, the program will be immediately voided and all monies will be forfeited.
• Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Commitment to 12-month program will be honored at prices quoted at time of purchase.
• Discount coupons found in the market may be used towards the purchase of ancillary services and merchandise
• Your Annual Pass is valid at any of Cloister’s four car wash locations—Ephrata, York, Lancaster and Sinking Spring.
