How does it work?
Each car or employee, your choice, will be assigned an account card for convenient monthly tracking of your fleets wash and lube services. The assigned card is given to the cashier each time a service is rendered. If the card it not provided the individual will be required to pay cash, check, or credit card and a receipt will be given.

How do I get started?
The following forms must be completed to apply for the Fleet Maintenance Program:
- Cloister Charge Account Application
- Customer Release
- Card Issuance Form
- Service Authorization Form
- PA Exemption Certificate (if applicable)

$100.00 monthly charge required to keep your account activated. $25.00 administrative fee will be charged if minimum is not met.
