Each car or employee, your choice, will be assigned an account card for your tracking. Whenever anyone uses any of our facilities, they must give their account card to the cashier to access your account. If they do not have their card, they will be required to pay cash, check or credit card and a receipt can be given.
- Cloister’s Monthly Corporate Account is for businesses only.
- You will be required to spend at least $100 per month to keep your account active.
- Discount coupons may be used toward purchases.
- We offer once-a-month billing with payment due within 30-days of receiving your statement.
- Any Cloister services are eligible to be put on your account.
- We recommend you post and pay from the monthly statements.
The following forms must be completed to apply for the Cloister Charge Account:
- Cloister Charge Account Application
- Customer Release
- Card Issuance Form
- Service Authorization Form
- Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate (if applicable)

Cloister offers account holders the option of automatically paying your monthly Cloister Charge Account balance online with a credit card. Go to Pay Your Account Online.
Your Cloister Charge Account is valid at any of Cloister’s four locations—Ephrata, York, Lancaster and Sinking Spring. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. You must notify Cloister’s Corporate Office if your account card(s) becomes damaged, lost or stolen. This card(s) can be deactivated and a new card(s) can be issued. IMPORTANT: any change(s) or inquiries to/about your account can only be made through Cloister’s Corporate Office—not at any of Cloister’s locations.
